We were impressed by the cleanliness and facilities of this hotel. The staff was helpful and professional despite the language barrier. The location was convenient and transportation was easily accessible. We enjoyed the breakfast provided by the hotel.

the location was convenient and we always managed to find parking. the price for the accommodation was reasonable.

The room was quite small, making it difficult to move around comfortably, and the step up to the bathroom was high. we were disappointed that we could not use the onsen due to the hotel's policy towards tattoos.

We loved the great location which had easy access to parking and interesting attractions nearby. the staff were friendly, polite, and professional. the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with useful amenities like air conditioning and a TV. the bathroom was also clean and tidy, and the shower had good water pressure. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.

The hotel did not allow guests with tattoos to use the onsen.
